Nothing, everything was great.

The hotel was conveniently located near the hospital and entertainment options. the breakfast was adequate and delivered the night before. the lack of a sink in the kitchenette made washing dishes in the bathroom a less than ideal situation.

The room was outdated, with poor lighting and dirty areas. the curtains did not keep out the light and the bathroom had mold and weeping windows.

We loved how convenient this place was for us. It was right opposite the hospital, which was perfect for our needs. The location also made it easy to access the event we were attending and the entertainment options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent room service and housekeeping. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the relaxing spa and wellness center. this hotel provided a great experience for us.

the continental breakfast was a nice touch and included a variety of options. We loved the convenient location close to major attractions and the shopping district. Plus, the free parking was an added bonus!

The room itself was outdated and in need of some maintenance. the cleanliness could have been better, as we noticed some stains on the linens.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities were very clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The hotel is in a very convenient location, being right across from the hospital and within walking distance to the centre of the city. There were also plenty of options for places to eat nearby, although we did find one restaurant that was not up to our standards. The staff were very helpful, especially the manager who provided great support during a difficult time for us in the hospital.

Honestly, there was nothing about this hotel that we did not love. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.
